I have done tours with Dege twice on both my travels to Zanzibar. There service is efficient, lovely and comfortable vehicles to travel in and they offer lovely excursions. This time Manga was our driver and he was extremely kind and attentive to us. On both my travels to Zanzibar I booked my excursions with them and I had a lovely experience. A standout was my stone Town tour which was perfectly curated to our needs, our tour guide Freddie was incredible and insightful and gave us a wonderful experience. We also did a safari blue, turtle sanctuary and sunset cruise. All of which we thoroughly enjoyed. My recommendation on my trip for this time is that on my second time doing the sunset cruise and the Safari blue, i felt that on this time the boats were packed way too full. There were too many people in the boats which made it a little uncomfortable. The first time i did these experiences with Dege in 2021 the boats were not packed to the brim and it was lot more comfortable. The drivers were always on time and the transport vehicles are very comfortable and lovely air condoning. The only bad experience I had was the driver who picked us up at the airport on arrival, I can't remember his name, however he drove very carelessly and dangerously leading us to having two flat tires which delayed our arrival at the hotel. However the offices at Dege handled the situation very well and ensured we arrived at the hotel safe. They also resolved the flat tires within a very short period of time.I would recommend booking your tours with them.
